Shipping & Returns Policy

Small Item Delivery

We offer a $15 flat rate delivery anywhere in Australia for orders under $150. 

For orders over $150 we offer free freight to all major and capital cities. The Curious Collector reserves the right to levy additional freight costs for deliveries in remote and rural areas. You are always welcome to email us for a freight quote before popping your order in. 


Large Item and Furniture.
Larger/heavier items and furniture cannot be shipped using traditional couriers, these will need to travel with furniture removalists. A flat rate of $150 per CBM will be charged during checkout for all major and capital cities. for regional and remote areas you will receive a freight quote within 48h. The Curious Collector reserves the right to levy additional freight costs and it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases.

We are sorry but at this stage we do not deliver bulky items to South Australia, Western Australia or the Northern Territory. 


Large Item Pick-up.
Sydneysiders can also enjoy free pick up from our warehouse located near Sydney airport. This is by appointment only.


Change of Mind.

We have a 7 day return policy if you change your mind. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind but we are more than happy to offer an exchange or a store credit. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and will be calculated at the time of the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt as proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods.

If your goods have arrived damaged please email us at as soon as possible. Damaged good returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a photograph of the damaged item in your email along with a brief description of the issue. 

Wrong Goods received. 

If for some reason we have sent out the wrong item or you believe it to be incorrect please email us as soon as possible and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible for you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
